Position Details
POSITION: Student Support Coordinator 

LOCATION: Isbister Elementary

Plymouth-Canton is seeking to employ culturally responsive educators who will be able to support and sustain equity-focused instruction for all learners. These educators create high achieving learning environments. They identify and systematically apply support that improves achievement for all learners from all racial groups.

JOB GOALS: 
To participate in the planning and leading of programs to support student academic, social, and personal success.

To work with building principal to support student behavior and discipline, social skills development, restorative practices, character education, student safety issues and academic support and extension programs.
