About the Role

• Student Support Assistant
• Permanent position, term time only (39 weeks per year)
• 37 hours per week
• Start date of 1st September 2026
• Working as part of the school's dedicated Student Support Team
• Supporting students, staff and parents to quickly resolve issues relating to behaviour, attendance and welfare
• Taking a lead role in supporting students whose behaviour presents a significant barrier to their own success
• Acting as a Key Worker for some of the school's most vulnerable students
