Job Overview

Student Services Manager – responsible for supporting students, building relationships and ensuring effective pastoral care at Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of administrative and pastoral tasks.
• Maintain regular contact with students, staff, parents and external agencies.
• Develop and nurture good working relationships within the school community.
• Support student wellbeing and progression.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous pastoral experience (essential).
• Background in positive behaviour management.
• Experience with restorative justice practice.
• Understanding of external agencies and the local authority fair access panel.
• Knowledge and understanding of working with disadvantaged pupils.
