Job Description
We are looking for Student Relationship Associates who can conduct a variety of on-call relationship activities with students. The ideal applicant should be a highly empathic person with very good skills in spoken English and Hindi.
Basic Qualifications (all)
- A graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
- Able to work as a team.
- Open to training and skill development.
- Expertise in any Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in UPSC CSE (Prelims and/or Mains).
Roles & Responsibilities
- To perform a variety of calling activities.
- To maintain records of the same.
