About this Internship

At Aurecon, we provide a paid 12-week summer Internship Program that offers real exposure to technical and advisory work.

You will contribute to real projects while gaining practical experience in a leading engineering consultancy. We are looking for students currently studying Geotechnical Engineering who want to learn, grow and explore a career in consultancy. Opportunities are available across Aotearoa New Zealand including Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch. Within our Transport team, you will work on projects that shape resilient transport infrastructure and connected communities.

What You’ll Do

• Work on real transport infrastructure projects and solve geotechnical engineering challenges
• Gain exposure to ground investigations, earthworks, foundations, and slope stability assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Asia Pacific
