Student Culture & Well-Being Director

Colegio Inglés Torreón is seeking an experienced educational leader to design and oversee student discipline and school culture. The role focuses on consistent policy application, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven improvements in student conduct and well-being.

The candidate will work with counselors and division principals to implement intervention plans, lead bullying prevention, and support teachers in creating positive classroom environments and engaging student programs.
