Student Counsellor

Provide counseling to students on higher education opportunities in the UAE and internationally, assessing academic background, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable universities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the complete admission process, including course selection, application submission, documentation, and enrollment.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to ensure a smooth admission process.
