Elevate student experiences as a Success Centre Planner at NVIT, Merritt, BC. This full-time role emphasizes learner engagement and support from entry to program completion.
Reporting directly to the Manager, you will facilitate academic success through trauma-informed, culturally relevant practices. You'll collaborate with students, instructors, and community partners to ensure that learners get the resources they need for both academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support accommodation and accessibility coordination for students
• Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives for student support
• Advocate for student needs and facilitate access to resources
• Manage exam accommodation processes for students effectively
• Create and lead workshops that enhance learner skillsets
