About the Role
Reporting directly to the AI Transformation Office, the AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist will support employees in integrating Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude into daily tasks. The role is an internship for the Fall term (September to December).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group assistance with AI tools, troubleshoot and refine prompts.
- Develop micro‑training sessions, host office hours, and produce how‑to guides.
- Monitor usage, collect feedback, and share success stories to increase adoption.
- Help employees apply AI directly to their work (e.g., drafting emails, summarizing meetings).
- Educate staff on AI governance, data privacy, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in corporate support, peer coaching, training, IT helpdesk, or technology adoption.
