Summary:
The Structural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components on vessels under construction, repair, or refit. This role provides hands-on leadership to structural trades while ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules. The Structural Supervisor works closely with Production Management, Engineering, Project Management, and other trade supervisors to ensure structural work is properly sequenced and integrated with mechanical, electrical, and outfitting scopes.
