Structural Project Manager

An award winning engineering company that specializes in parking structures is seeking a Structural Project Manager for their Blue Bell, PA office. Duties include: Managing all phases of projects from project set-up through design and into construction administration; Preparation of proposals and project interview presentations; Conditional assessment and restoration management on existing parking structures and/or commercial structures; Contract negotiation/management; Design and restoration consultation; Coordination of project scope & schedule of deliverables; Monitoring project profitability (plan & track hours, review project financial information with accounting, monitor accounts receivable, etc.).
