Structural Designer / Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings including general arrangement, fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
• Develop 2D and 3D structural models using design software AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar.
• Interpret engineering designs, specifications and calculations to produce accurate drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering, piping, and project teams to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Generate material take‑offs (MTO) and support procurement activities.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain version control of all drawings.
• Perform clash checks and resolve design conflicts in coordination with other disciplines.
• Provide support during fabrication and installation by clarifying design details.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
