Key skill required :

Qualification : B. Tech / M. Tech - Civil / Structure

12-15 Years experience ( Strong hands-on exposure to high-rise residential / mixed-use developments )

• Structural Design & Analysis (RCC & steel structures)
• Design Codes & Standards (IS Codes, NBC, international codes exposure preferred)
• Software proficiency: ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, AutoCAD, BIM tools
• Design Coordination & Clash Management
• Value Engineering & Cost Optimization
• Constructability Review & Technical Problem Solving
• Design Documentation (GFC / IFC drawings)
• Risk Identification & Mitigation (Design-related)
