Strategic Workforce Partner, WFM & Scheduling

Ibex is seeking a Workforce Manager to supervise a WFM team responsible for workforce planning and intraday management across call queues. You will determine schedules and resources, coordinate with site leaders, and develop contingency plans during peak demand.

You’ll partner with Site Directors and Operations Managers to optimize coverage, forecast demand, and ensure service levels while controlling overtime.
