Strategic Workforce Analyst: Retail Operations & Analytics

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Workforce Analyst to partner with the Workforce Planning Lead and operations across 180+ stores. You will blend financial analytics with commercial insight to optimise staffing, measure performance and support smarter rostering.

You will influence budgeting, reporting and scheduling approaches while collaborating with Finance and store teams to improve labour efficiency.
