Strategic Total Rewards Analyst

BRP is seeking a professional to support compensation projects and initiatives aligned with corporate goals at the Queretaro Site. You will manage salary reviews and analysis, and play a key role in collaboration with HR on various compensation-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, has 2–5 years of HR experience, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
