Strategic Talent Sourcer — Construction & Engineering

Djagora University is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment across construction and engineering roles. This hands-on, outbound sourcing role focuses on identifying passive candidates, building pipelines, and passing qualified leads to recruiters.
