Strategic Splunk TAM: Security & Platform Success

Cisco is searching for a Customer Success Platform or Security Area Technical Account Manager based in Dubai. In this role, you will deliver strategic solutions, guiding customers in maximizing their use of the Splunk Platform for enhanced operational resilience.

You will work closely with sales and technical teams, help improve customer onboarding, audit platform usage, and provide high-level architectural guidance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Splunk and security technologies.
