We are currently seeking an organised individual to join us as a Strategic Bid Sourcing Lead at our site in Spondon on a hybrid basis.

As a Strategic Bid Sourcing Lead , you will act as the voice of Incora, regularly engaging with suppliers, issuing and following up on RFQs, and developing a strong knowledge base to support effective sourcing strategies.
You will identify and target key suppliers, defining strategy, leading on commercial negotiations to achieve the best possible pricing, ensuring supplier suitability and alignment with our commodity sourcing strategies.
