Strategic Procurement Leader - Manufacturing & Defense

Forcit Group is seeking a Procurement Director for Forcit Defence to spearhead procurement operations supporting growth, logistics, and inventory management. The role is based at the main office in Hanko with a four-day workweek in the office.

You will manage direct procurement, lead both operational purchasing and strategic category work, and expand to indirect procurement while driving change across the organization.
