Responsibilities

• Contract Management – manage contracts with vendors, including negotiating terms and conditions, documenting changes or amendments that arise during implementation or execution, and systematically managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.
• Sourcing – find, evaluate, and engage suppliers of goods and services by defining business needs, conducting market analysis, and developing a sourcing strategy (e.g., single- or multi-sourcing).
• Category Management – segment spending into related product areas, focus on categories offering consolidation and efficiency opportunities, and track pricing trends, regulatory changes, and innovation for the entire category.
