Strategic Process & Performance Lead

Mattel in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Analyst for Business Performance & Processes to support design, optimization, and governance of cross-functional processes that drive efficiency and strategic alignment.

The role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and other key business areas to map processes, create SOPs, dashboards, and KPI reporting, and contribute to governance, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
