Strategic P&O Partner Manager — People & Performance

XP Power is seeking an experienced P&O Business Partner Manager in Malaysia to join the site leadership team. You will support business leaders with recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, talent and learning development, and expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.

In this role you will build consensus among engineering, operations and supply chain stakeholders, providing day-to-day people manager support and leadership development on a regional/global scale.
