Strategic NPI Project Leader (EMS)

GDL Circuits is seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive end-to-end NPI projects in electronics manufacturing. You will lead cross‑functional teams through the New Product Introduction lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and lead‑time targets are met from industrialization through EOL.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within EMS, strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, and IPC‑A‑610. Fluent English and SAP experience are highly valued.
