Strategic Legal Counsel: IT, Contracts & Governance

Bühler Group, headquartered in Uzwil, Switzerland, is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Services team at our headquarters. You will advise on a broad range of legal matters, supporting the business in achieving its goals in a compliant and commercially sound way.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including customer, supplier, and IT-related contracts, develop templates and policies, identify risks, and translate regulatory changes into practical
