Strategic HR Partner – Malaysia Operations

Tech Mahindra is looking for a Sr Business Associate – HR based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. This hands-on HR role involves supporting end-to-end HR operations and employee relations. You will act as the primary HR contact for associates, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and timely HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and strong skills in communication and stakeholder management. Experience with employee relations and hands-on HR operations is essential.
