Strategic HR Partner for Manufacturing & Business Units

Bosch Power Tools in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5–8 years of progressive HR experience. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, driving HR initiatives, and leading workforce development strategies.
