Job Description
Embrace a leadership role with Sunshine Coast Regional District as General Manager of Project Delivery and Corporate Initiatives. Oversee project execution, asset management, and enhance organizational initiatives.
As a senior leader reporting directly to the CAO, you’ll improve coordination and accountability across departments. Your strategic vision will guide the implementation of Board directives while working collaboratively to build strong partnerships within the community and organizational structure. This position demands a focus on results and transformational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery and major organizational initiatives
• Enhance asset management practices across departments
• Drive collaboration and consistency in project planning
• Mentor staff and provide strategic advice to leadership
• Ensure effective implementation of Board directions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management and leadership
