Strategic Donor Partnerships Advisor (Norway)

The Norwegian Refugee Council in Oslo is seeking an experienced Institutional Partnership Adviser to enhance strategic relations with institutional donors. You will assist with business development and fundraising, advise colleagues on donor relations, and manage global agreements with Norad and Sida.

This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years in humanitarian organizations, and excellent skills in communication and planning. NRC offers a permanent contract with a salary scale based on Grade 8.
