Strategic Demand Planner | IBP & Forecasting

Mondelēz International is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to develop the 0‑24‑month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing and other partners to finalize the detailed demand plan for supply planners.

You will manage the forecast, interact with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts, and drive continuous plan improvements through root‑cause analysis of forecast errors and service issues.
