Strategic Data Center & Cabling Service Delivery Lead

Black Box Network Services Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead managed data center operations for a banking client in Singapore. The SDM will ensure service delivery within SLAs and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites.

This role requires oversight of structured cabling and operational excellence. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience in service delivery, and strong knowledge of ITIL standards.
