Strategic Customer Service & Production Planner

BorgWarner ETTS is seeking a skilled Production Planner / Customer Service professional in Mexico to manage customer relationships and ensure 100% on-time delivery. You will coordinate demand, feed SAP schedules, and monitor production to optimize inventory of FG and sub-assemblies.

The role requires English proficiency and experience in SAP/MRP and production planning; knowledge of BMW portals and related systems is a plus.
