Strategic Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Nissan Motor Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Sr. Analyst to join our Human Resources team. You will support daily benefits operations, manage insurance policy renewals, onboarding activities, and vendor relationships, while monitoring market trends in compensation and benefits.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and vendors to design salary structures, analyze costs, and ensure SLAs are met, contributing to our overall medical, financial, and wellness programs.
