Strategic Collections & Recovery Specialist

Rykom Finance Corp. is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage past-due loan exposure through restructuring, rescheduling, and repayment planning. The role includes preparing demand letters, payment analyses, and recovery plans, and visiting clients for arrangements.

Coordination with legal resources may be required to pursue appropriate actions. A background in financial institutions with strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus at least 3 years in loan remedial
