Strategic Client Success Lead — PBM & Enrollment Ops

Rightway is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee relationships with PBM clients and support annual enrollment activities. The role will coordinate with implementation teams for smooth client transitions and gather requirements for enrollment changes.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of pharmacy operations experience, strong client management and benefit knowledge, and advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Slides.
