Strategic Capital Works Project Manager

Selwyn District Council is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Works to lead diverse council capital projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and mana whenua to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with council priorities.

The role requires strong governance, procurement, budgeting, and reporting skills with experience across infrastructure, property, parks/open spaces and facilities.
