Strategic Capital Programme Lead

TristoneNash Ltd is recruiting a Planned Investment Manager in Cardiff to lead capital programme projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, oversee the Surveying Team, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic partnerships, project management, and a solid understanding of building regulations and safety standards. A full UK driving license is also required for this role.
