Strategic Budget Analyst - Higher Ed (On-site Alamosa)

Position Summary: Supports the Budget Director in the preparation of the annual budget. Assists in the development of training for budget managers. Monitors budgets with regards to sufficient funds. Oversee all student and club budgets, aiding and training as needed. Assist the Budget Director with maintaining institution's budget in Workday system. Oversee adjunct budgets and contracts, and coordinate summer adjunct contract preparation. • Assist with the development of the annual budget.

• Complete the Budget Data Book and distribute to required entities

• Prepare Annual CHHE Tuition and Fee Survey, Administrative Salary Survey, and other State Reports as needed

• Compile, review, and report Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Financial Survey
