Strategic Analytics & Intelligence Lead

ibex is seeking a Business Strategy & Intel Manager to play a key role in monthly GM reporting and analysis for leadership review and decision support.

You will develop and improve the collection of non-CM information and GM review processes, analyze large data sets, build Power BI and Excel reports, and collaborate with Operations, Client Services, WFM and the Reports Team to drive insights and profitability.
