Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve data‑driven client growth strategies aimed at sustainably increasing customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Translate strategic directions into clear objectives, relevant business KPIs, and expected financial outcomes
- Establish and enhance measurement frameworks (KPIs) to continuously assess the contribution of initiatives to value creation
- Analyze the performance of initiatives and NBA recommendations, derive insights, and recommend strategic adjustments
- Leverage client, commercial, and financial data to better understand behaviors, key drivers, and performance gaps
- Influence decision‑making by supporting prioritization and investment choices through comparative analyses and strategic scenarios
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, metrics, and results
