Strategic Account Manager – Central South
Territory: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas
Preferred Locations: Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio
Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 Base + $39,000 Target Incentive (Uncapped)
Car Allowance: Motus Program
Travel: 60–75%
Reporting To: National Sales Director

Position Summary
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) throughout the Central South territory.

This individual will manage the full sales lifecycle, including territory planning, prospecting, account development, contracting, pricing strategy, distributor engagement, forecasting, and account expansion.

This is a strategic account-based sales role focused on healthcare systems and supply chain stakeholders rather than traditional pharmaceutical detailing.
