This position typically provides management and coordination of the personnel and activities of the Stormwater Management Program Department and all associated activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages and coordinates the personnel and activities of the Stormwater Management Program Department including instructing, assigning, reviewing and planning work of others, maintaining standards, coordinating activities and acting on employee matters. Coordinates all activities associated with compliance of State and Federal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Regulations and programs. Prepares and submits MS4 program documents for reporting to SCDHEC.
