Job Title: Stores Executive Department: Stores / Inventory Location: Coimbatore Reporting To: Stores Manager Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage the day-to-day store operations in our fully automatic machine manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, handling material receipts and issues, coordinating with production and purchase teams, and ensuring proper documentation of all store activities. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans. Inspect received materials for quantity and visible quality. Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system or inventory registers.
