Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials.
- Issue materials, tools, equipment, and parts to staff as required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliations.
- Keep the storeroom clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
- Assist with ordering and stock replenishment when required.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Work closely with the workshop, projects, and procurement teams.
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 25 years' experience as a Storeman or in a similar role.
- Experience in the construction, mechanical, or engineering industry will be advantageous. ...
