Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
Receive incoming materials : Verify physical deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Inspect quality : Check for external damages and report discrepancies in quantity or quality immediately.
Organize storage : Categorize, label, and store materials (e.g., electrical components, plastics, metals, finished appliances) systematically.
Apply FIFO/FEFO : Implement First-In, First-Out principles to prevent component degradation or obsolescence.
2. Material Issuance & Production Support
Issue materials : Supply raw materials and spare parts to the production line based on daily manufacturing orders.
Track stock movement : Record all stock inflows and outflows in the inventory system (ERP/WMS) in real-time.
Monitor stock levels : Track minimum and maximum stock thresholds to prevent production downtime or overstocking.
