Storekeeper (J&F)

Position Overview

Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining the orderliness, accuracy, and proper control of stocks within the assigned warehouse or storage area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all raw materials and/or finished goods are properly stored in their assigned bin locations.
• Record and maintain accurate pallet locations in the Receiving Tally Sheet (RTS) and bin tags.
• Execute stock withdrawal for dispatch following FIFO/FEFO inventory control principles.
• Ensure proper segregation and isolation of on-hold, damaged, or defective stocks.
• Maintain orderly, accessible, and safe storage of all pallets in the warehouse.
• Follow and implement proper handling procedures in accordance with GMP/GWP standards during receiving and storage.
• Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the immediate superior for appropriate action.
