Store Supervisor - SM Sta. Rosa

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the one making sure the store runs smoothly — from sales performance and operations to customer experience and team management. If you’re someone who loves leadership, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily branch/store operations
• Drive sales performance and help the team achieve targets
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the merchandising team
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain store safety, security, and operational compliance
• Train, coach, and motivate team members for better performance
• Communicate business goals clearly to the whole team

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With 2-3years supervisory experience in retail/food industry
