This hiring is for FoodCrave Marketing, Inc. - a subsidiary of San Miguel Foods, Inc. Location will be in NAIA Terminals in Pasay City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees, ensuring competency and follows company policies.
- Interact with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses
- Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during service
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, covering aspects like food handling, customer service, and safety protocols.
