Store Supervisor (Full-Time)
Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a selected department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer service across assigned departments.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and staffing, including rotating opening and closing duties.
- Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates (SKU, pricing, signage, RF unit operation).
- Manage ordering, replenishment, and inventory, including receipt of merchandise and cycle counts.
- Supervise and motivate a team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
- Apply GT System standards and analyze area performance to recommend improvements.
- Lead merchandising and loss‑prevention activities; maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
