The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for individuals with a professional degree in Business Administration, Fashion or Hospitality. Additionally, we prioritize candidates with 5-7 years of progressive experience in the apparel retail industry, demonstrating a track record of success in managing large-scale apparel stores.
